Because we know that the best introduction to our services is through those who have an established relationship with a potential host family we have developed a referral program that offers Realtors an opportunity to earn financial compensation.

Successfully refer a prospective host family and earn $250!
How it works…
- The Realtor speaks to a client, neighbor, family member, or friend about hosting an FCI international student and receives that person’s approval to send us their contact details;
- The Realtor uses the form below to send us the contact details of the referred family;
- FCI staff reach out to the referred family to explain the screening process and answer any additional questions they may have. Once satisfied the family is suitable for consideration we have them complete our online Host Family Application Form and then for a site visit to their home while they obtain the necessary CRC checks; and
- A successful referral occurs once a student has been matched with the referred family and subsequently completes their first month with the assigned host family whom you have referred. Your referral incentive will be deposited to your account thereafter.
There is no limit to the number of households that you can refer.
You will be paid your earned compensation immediately following the student’s first month residing with the referred family.
